The Scripture says, “And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins. Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God (1 Peter 4:8-10). The Rhema Pentecostal Church – UK, hospitality ministry team plays a large role in creating an atmosphere of welcoming and acceptance at the Church.
They are to make people feel welcome and comfortable anytime they visit our Congregation. The RPC Family hospitality ministry teams are also responsible for supporting in catering events and providing refreshments when deem necessary. This Ministry play very department role in the Church, since it is one of the ways in which we value the community when they visit and also make ourselves more culturally relevant through warm reception and hospitality
The hospitality department of The Rhema Pentecostal Church – UK has the main function of providing meals and refreshments to members and guests of the Church within and outside the church as and when required.

The Welfare Department of The Rhema Pentecostal Church – UK is responsible for providing care and assistance to both Church members and members of the community whenever the need arises after adequate assessment procedure.
The Vision of The RPC Family Welfare Department is to empower men and women within and outside the Church to be self-sufficient not limited by resources and circumstances around them.

Our Goals is:
To assist members of the church in need of assistance to meet their basic needs.
To support members of the community with basic necessities like food and transport.
- To empower members of the Church in areas of the education, health, legal, housing and employment.
- To carry our weekly Sunday surgery to give advice on the aforementioned Issues.
- To distribute non-perishable food stuff, clothing, blankets, towels to identified Residential Care Homes in the community.
Ushering and Protocol
The Ushering and Protocol Ministry is responsible for ushering members of the congregation into designated areas assigned for them. They are usually very alert and strategically placed around the aisles during church services to ensure they attend to the needs of the congregation effectively and efficiently with very minimal disruption to the service. This is the group that shows kindness in welcoming members and guests to church. The ushers are charged with maintaining orderliness in services and keeping the Church in a decent and presentable condition.
The Ushering and Protocol Ministry is concerned with ensuring the welfare and hospitality of guest ministers during their visits to our church. They are solely responsible for picking up and returning guest ministers to their desired destination.
They also work closely with the Hospitality Ministry to ensure all needs of our invited VIPs are met promptly. They also cater for meetings and other events in Church, where refreshments are required. They ensure dietary requirements are built into menus and that all refreshments are prepared in a clean and hygienic manner.
